Seven steps and 30+ production processes are used to ensure that every product is of good quality before shipment.
Conduct testing on 4 core materials following CE international standards.
We strictly observe our Production Process Guidebook for each production step, covering 3 primary processes and 30+ elaborate procedures.
Each batch of products is subjected to sampling and waterproof testing, which are crucial product evaluations to verify the IP65 water defense level.
We make sure each product is aged for 48 hours to meet 100% of the shipping standard.
We perform high & low-temperature sampling tests as per the order and test in -30°C and 50°C environments for 48 hours.
Based on each order parameter, we measure the product’s color temperature, color rendering index, light efficiency, and total product power with precision.
This is an important guarantee for customers to receive perfect products; we also attach great importance to this. We use environmentally friendly pearl cotton as the cushioning material of the product to ensure that the product is 100% undamaged.
